Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all sales of Pokémon cards are final. Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the transaction is completed.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email at tcghiroo@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue. Please provide clear photos of the damage to the item(s) and packaging for review.

Order Cancellations
Order cancellations can be requested, but please note that a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction processing costs. Cancellations must be requested before the item is shipped.
