• Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is shipped.

• Shipping Rates and Options

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Available shipping options include:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within [3-5 days].

    • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within [2-3 days].

  • These are based off of Canada Post

• Lost or Damaged Packages

  • For damaged packages, please include photos of the packaging and items to help us resolve the issue quickly.
